Do all cabins have televisions?
No. TV’s are available in some cabins on some vessels. Please check at the time of booking.
Do all cabins have hairdryers?
Hairdryers are available in some cabins on some vessels. Reception has a number of hairdryers for loaning out.
Do all cabins have refrigerators?
Only suites, on some vessels, please check at the time of booking.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is indicated in the Daily Program and is casual. Blue and white for Greek night or formal (jacket and tie for men, cocktail dress for ladies).
Do the ships have internet access?
Most vessels have internet access at a charge. Details of cost will be given on board.
What is the smoking policy?
Dining rooms are nonsmoking areas. There are smoking and nonsmoking areas throughout the ship. We ask guests not to smoke cigars or pipes inside.
Do you have nonsmoking cabins?
No, although we do prefer that passengers refrain from smoking in cabins.
What are the cabin dimensions?
Cabin dimensions vary, even within categories. Check once you have received a cabin number.
What is the electric current in cabins?
110/120 depending on the vessel. Please ask at the time of booking.
What types of plugs are used in cabins?
Two twin plugs, depending on voltage. Ask at the time of booking for further information.
Do cabins have windows/portholes?
Outside cabins have either a window or a porthole, depending on deck and category.
Do you have a babysitting service?
No, we do not offer babysitting, but we do offer children’s programs.
Is their a child playroom?
On some vessels. Please check at the time of booking.
Is there a pool?
Yes, all vessels have a pool.
Do you have a Jacuzzi onboard?
No we do not.
Which credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted in addition to traveler’s checks. We do not accept personal checks. Credit cards are accepted in the duty free/great value shops only and can be used to pay shipboard accounts and excursions.
Do you have a casino onboard?
Yes.
Do I need a passport?
Yes.
Do I need a VISA?
US passport holders do not require a VISA. All other nationalities please check with your consulate.
Do you cater to special diets?
Yes, please advise at least 14 days in advance.
Do you offer organized shore excursions?
We have an excellent selection of comprehensive excursions allowing you to select those most suited to your tastes and interests. Superior guides will astound you with their vast knowledge of the history of the sites visited, making every port of call a place to remember.
Can we arrange celebrations onboard, such as birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes, please advise us of any celebrations and we will provide a complimentary cake.
What is the minimum age for one to travel alone on your cruise ships?
Are there any luggage restrictions?
No.
Can I bring liquor onboard?
No.
Are there any duty free shops onboard?
Yes, with a wide variety of items, including gifts, perfumes, toiletries, cigarettes and liquor.
Is there laundry service onboard?
Yes, you will find laundry bags and an itemized price list in your cabin.
Is there dry cleaning available onboard?
No, we do not offer this service.
Can my family contact me onboard?
Yes, ask for the ship’s contact details at the time of booking.
Are there safes available?
Yes, either in cabins or at the Pursers office. There is a nominal charge of €15.
Are there religious services onboard?
There are no services organized by the vessels, however many members of the clergy travel and offer services open to all.
What time are meals served?
The daily program gives full details of meal times. Dinner has two seating’s, main (7pm) and late (9pm).
Can we prebook dining preferences?
Yes, prebook at least two weeks in advance.
What is not included in the cruise rate?
The cruise price does not include organized shore excursions, which are optional and can be purchased either at the time of booking or onboard. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, medical services, casino expenditures or any other personal expenses you might incur while onboard are also not included in the cruise price.
Are all meals included in the cruise rate?
All meals onboard are included, except the cabin service menu, which indicates applicable charges.
Can physically challenged people travel?
Yes, if they need assistance; they should be accompanied by an able bodied person.
Do you have specific cabins for physically challenged people?
We do have some cabins on some vessels; please check at the time of booking. Wheelchair accessible cabins are not available.
Are there any cinemas onboard?
On some vessels, please check at the time of booking.
What are any additional charges that I may incur?
Optional shore excursions, drinks (except tea/coffee/water with meals), beauty salon, duty free shopping and gratuities to the crew.
Is there room service available?
Yes, there is a menu in each cabin, indicating the cost for each item.
Is breakfast served in cabins?
Continental breakfast is served for an additional charge.
What is the tipping policy?
We suggest the amount of €7 per person per day to cover all onboard personnel. This is charged to your shipboard account, but can be adjusted by you at any time. Tips are not compulsory.
Is there a doctor onboard?
Yes, we have a physician onboard.
What are the charges for a doctor’s visit?
The ship has a price list for the various treatments you may require.
Can we visit the bridge?
No, for reasons of security and safety, the bridge cannot be visited by the passengers.
Are there photographers onboard?
Yes, a team of photographers will take a selection of shots throughout your cruise.
What entertainment programs do you have onboard?
The entertainment is international and caters to the tastes of all guests. The discos rocks until the early hours.
