Group Request Form

As the Group Organizer, please fill out the form below and we will work on a comprehensive vacation proposal that will encompass all of your chosen destinations and attractions. This proposal will be returned to you by one of our group experts.

When you receive and accept the proposal, we will need a $500 non-refundable deposit to begin the booking process. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your trip. Airline seats also require a deposit of $100 per seat which will be due soon after confirmation.

Next, you will need to market the trip, gather payments, and communicate between our office and the trip members. The final payment and list of passenger names are due 60 days prior to your departure. After that it is up to you to coordinate any last-minute details with us before you take off on your fun-filled vacation.
