Description
After an hour's drive, you arrive in Ghent where you visit St. Bavo's Cathedral, home of the famous "Mystic Lamb" painting (closed on Sun.) you'll enjoy important buildings from the Middle Ages including the Belfry, St. Nicholas Church, and the Castle of the Counts of Flanders. Through the Flemish countryside, we then proceed to Bruges. Upon arrival in Bruges we visit the Lake of Love (Minnewater) and the Beguinage convent. After lunch, you will start your walking tour and discover: Our Lady's Church, with the Madonna statue by Michelangelo, the Market Square with the Belfry and the Town Hall square(Burg) with the Chapel of the Holy Blood. Don't forget your walking shoes! After the walking tour you can take an optional boat tour along the canals.

Sightseeing Details: This tour is provided on an Open Voucher basis. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing companies on arrival to their destination to arrange the included tour.
Main Pickup points: All downtown hotels. Hotel pickups take place approximately half an hour before tour start.
Ending point: Return to nearest central drop-off point at tour's end.
April to October: Departs at 9:00am daily.
November to March: Departs 9:00am Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday only.
No tour on Christmas Day or New Year's Day
Duration: Tour lasts approximately 9 1/2 hours.
Optional extras: Lunch and a boat tour on Bruges canals are extra, to be paid locally. Entrance fees are not included.
Child discount: Applies for ages 4-12; ages 0-3 are free.
Note: Tour guides are multi-lingual and the tour may be conducted in other languages as well as in English.
